Blu-Beirut is a Beirut-born, globally active architecture and interior design studio. What started as a small atelier in 2005 focused on bespoke residences, has grown into a multidisciplinary practice delivering award-winning hotels, villas and workplaces across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
To translate every client’s vision into spaces that feel deeply human, culturally resonant, and built to last—elevating quality of life while adding measurable value to the project.

Headquartered in Beirut, we have a Satellite Branch in Islamabad and an Affiliate Company in Melbourne. We have worked all around the MENA Region and completed projects in Lebanon, Jordan, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Morocco, Senegal, Angola, Australia and Pakistan. Our remote-collaboration workflow and on-site partner networks allow us to mobilize quickly anywhere in the world.
We apply a six-step process—Free Consultation → Schematic Design → Design Review → Execution Documents → Site Follow-up → Project Delivery—with digital dashboards for real-time cost tracking, milestone approvals, and contractor coordination.
Sustainability is embedded, not appended. We prioritize passive cooling strategies, regional materials, low-VOC finishes, and smart energy systems to cut operational costs and carbon footprint without compromising luxury.
When a project calls for deeper environmental certifications or cutting-edge green technologies, we team up with our sister company REALGREEN, specialising in sustainable development and eco-smart solutions, pushing the boundary for our Architecture practice.

Our Architeture and Interior Design studio responds to the pace and complexity of contemporary living by crafting refined, human-centred environments defined by creativity, rigor, and professionalism. Every project begins with deep analysis—of place, culture, and client aspirations—and is carried through with an obsessive attention to detail that turns sketches into timeless spaces.
Within our practice, I’ve cultivated a workplace that doubles as a learning atelier: a space where emerging talent grows beside seasoned experts, and where curiosity is encouraged as much as craftsmanship.
