Located on Avenue du Parc in Beirut Central District, just steps from the waterfront and adjacent to a planned seaside park, 1331 Park Avenue Suites is a boutique residential project comprising 18 furnished apartments and two ground-floor retail units. Designed by Diyar Consultants, the mid-rise structure blends contemporary lines with contextual materials—its natural stone façade, curved balconies, and refined detailing integrating seamlessly into the urban fabric of downtown Beirut.


The interior architecture and styling, developed by Blu-Beirut, emphasize elegance, clarity, and comfort. Each unit is conceived as a turn-key living space, combining the amenities of a luxury residence with the efficiency of hotel-style services.


Three distinctive interior palettes were developed in order to cater for various resident preferences. The first features warm red and brown hues for a grounded, cozy atmosphere; the second introduces vibrant accents in violet and orange to add energy and contrast; while the third offers pastel tones—light blues and soft greens—for a calm, contemporary feel. Across all schemes, furnishings, lighting, and materials were carefully curated to provide a cohesive and elevated living experience.


With its central location, discreet luxury, and layered interior concepts, 1331 Park Avenue Suites exemplifies Blu-Beirut’s commitment to designing meaningful environments that merge aesthetics with comfort and day-to-day functionality.
