Set in the prestigious seaside district of Ramlet Al-Baida, this penthouse unfolds across a series of spaces designed to frame uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. The interior language is defined by a rich, atmospheric palette: dark grey marble flooring, warm brass highlights, and contemporary furniture pieces that bring quiet sophistication to the reception areas.
In the main salon, a feature wall crafted in dark Wenge wood anchors the space. Back-lit onyx panels introduce a sculptural glow, creating depth and texture within the overall composition. Adjacent to this, the living room can be fully separated or opened through sliding panels—transforming the two rooms into a single expansive setting when desired. This more informal space is centered around a large TV unit, while a fiber-optic ceiling casts a delicate constellation of starlike lights above.
The master bedroom offers a calmer, more tactile interpretation of luxury. A bespoke oak headboard wall with subtle integrated lighting creates a warm backdrop, while an alcove daybed—framed by a large picture window overlooking the sea—becomes a private retreat within the suite.
The master bathroom extends the penthouse’s refined vocabulary with dark grey marble flooring, luxurious brass fixtures, and softly illuminated mosaic walls. A central brass suspension light defines the space, while a Jacuzzi positioned toward the window captures sea views. A rain shower with integrated lighting completes the composition, blending indulgence with atmospheric design.
The result is a coastal penthouse where material richness, crafted details, and layered lighting converge to create a serene, contemporary home elevated by its extraordinary views.
